At DQD Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality swimwear and apparel.

Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, please wear your undergarment while trying the product. Returns are accepted if:

• The size does not suit you. On the condition that the hygiene sticker is still in place and has not been damaged.
• The product received is damaged or defective.
• An incorrect product has been delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please check that your selected item qualifies for a return. Please note that some items are exchange-only, while others are non-returnable.

Return Request

To request a return, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Product Images
• Description of the issue with images
• Refunds

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed products
• Products without hygiene sticker
• Products without original tags or packaging
